This will depend on whether you are off-campus or not. If you are off-campus, remember to Login for Library access or go to Canvas and click the Library icon. You can try:

  • refreshing the page
  • using a different web browser
  • in JETfind, try a different database link, if there are several listed in the View Online section
  • try using libkey.io or the citation linker to get the article by DOI or PMID
  • chat with a librarian for help
  • if the library is closed, email the library
  • in JETfind, you can report the error directly using the bug icon in the lower right (or in the menu in mobile view)
