Frequently Asked Questions

Starting January 2023, you can report JETfind issues while remaining in JETfind to continue your work.

1. Click the bug icon to open up the pop-up (you can click the bug icon again to close the pop-up at any point)
2. Select one of the issues listed
   1. Error Message or Broken Link
   2. Unexpected Search Results
   3. WCAG Issue (accessibility)
   4. Other: provide details
3. Provide a description of the issue and your email address
4. Click submit. Close the pop-up or submit another report.

Reports are sent directly to the Electronic Resources librarian and the issue will be investigated during Library hours. View the screenshots below for an example.
