You can chat with a librarian any time the library is open. Look for the Chat with a Librarian button on library pages, such as the library homepage, JETFind, LibGuides, and more whenever you need help.

Does the button say "Chat Offline" even though the library is open? Check your browser extensions. Ad blockers, such as Ghostery, cause the button to appear offline. To fix this, open the browser extension and click "Trust Site" or whatever language is used by your ad blocker.
