Some common errors occur when:

  • Off-campus and trying to Login for Library Access
    • Check your username - it does not include @molloy.edu or @lions.molloy.edu
    • Check your password - is is the same as Canvas
    • Login to Canvas and click the library button
  • Trying to access an article on a journal or publishers website
    • Websites will ask you to pay for articles if the library doesn't have access there
    • Start at JETfind or use a database
    • Make sure your Google Scholar is set up for off-campus searching
    • Try the libkey nomad web browser extension
  • A webpage or resource isn't loading correctly
    • Try a different web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
    • Clear your browsers cookies and cache
    • Check your network or wifi connection
